This newly constructed Shingle Style home has the feel of the Hamptons but is located on the Eastern shore of Lake Michigan. Collaborating with interior designer Lauryn Pappas, architect Scott Renken created a low key, inviting, smart looking exterior incorporating traditional materials such as stone and cedar shake with historic architectural details such as double hung windows and outdoor porches with beadboard ceilings. Repeating elements throughout the sprawling home create a cohesive design.
