Returns are subject to restocking fee’s ranging from 35%-65% depending on the product. If any returns arrive back at Brass Light Gallery broken or damaged for any reason, these fixtures do not qualify for any refund of any kind. Refunds are issued to the original payment method days after we receive the returned item. Certain items may be non-returnable, including custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards.
